Roasted Hot Pepper Sauce at Kitch n' Kaff� in Mahopac, NY at 1:00 p.m. on November 29, 2003. J.R.
will also promote his new book, J.R.'s Cookbook: Ringside Tales, BBQ and Down-Home Recipes at this
kickoff event.
J.R. will arrive in �WWE style' at Kitch n' Kaff� to meet and greet fans and the media. Everyone
will have a chance to meet J.R., taste his new Sauces and have J.R.'s Cookbook autographed.

"Good Ol J.R.", Jim Ross has been involved in the sports-entertainment business for almost
thirty years. Along the way he did stints as an NFL broadcaster, an XFL broadcaster, and was the host of
a successful radio talk show. J.R. was also a high school and college sports official for almost twenty
years in his native state of Oklahoma and attended major league umpire school in 1976. As the lead
commentator on WWE Monday Night RAW� since 1993, J.R. has become to WWE RAW, what Keith Jackson is to
college football broadcasting, and is considered by many to be the greatest wrestling broadcaster of
all-time.
His first cookbook, Can You Take the Heat?, was a New York Times Bestseller. J.R. currently serves as
executive vice-president of talent relations and wrestling administration and is the "voice"
